Our online application is quick and straightforward. You'll provide your basic information, your Texas real estate license number, and a few basic details to complete your profile. No lengthy paperwork, no complicated requirements — just what we need to get you started.

License Verification

Once your application is submitted, we verify your Texas real estate license. This step moves fast. In most cases verification is completed the same day — often within hours of your submission.

Get Active

Once your license is verified, the hard part is over. You'll be active under The Key Agency and ready to move forward — usually the same day you apply.

Start Earning

From the moment your license is active, you're positioned to earn. Send referrals to active agents, work your niche in new construction or apartment locating, or simply maintain your license at a low monthly cost until you're ready to do more.
